I hired Three Brothers Roofing to redo the roof on my historic carriage house, and I’d recommend them — largely because of how they handled things when the job didn’t go perfectly the first time.Jack was thorough from the start. He walked me through the structural plan in detail, and as a mechanical engineer I appreciated that it actually held up to scrutiny. He came by multiple times before construction to make sure everything was accounted for.During the build there was a miscommunication between Jack and the crew. The structure was much improved, but one side of the roof was still sagging. Jack didn’t make excuses — he acknowledged it wasn’t their best work and told me to hold off on payment until the team could come back and redo it. When they returned, the interior framing was far better supported and the exterior no longer visibly sags.Plenty of contractors do good work when everything goes right. What stood out here was the honesty and the willingness to make it right at their own cost. Id highly recommend Three Brothers for anyone looking to getting roofing repair!

If I could leave 6 stars I would, I will only use Jack for my roofs. They are super helpful, professional do great work and there always willing to work with me. As a real estate investor I always look for companies who are solid to work over many projects and I’m happy to say I don’t need to shop around for anyone else to do my roofs.

From getting quotes to job completion, our experience with Three Brothers Roofing was excellent. We had shingle damage on a few facets from the storms in March. While insurance did not cover a full replacement, Jack was there to help us navigate the process, even showing up when the insurance inspector arrived to make sure all considerations were documented. Anticipating needs down the road, we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement from Three Brothers.Three Brother’s quote was very fair, especially compared to the two we got from other local companies. We were confident that the job would be completed as agreed upon, and it was!Service was timely, detailed, and thorough. Cleanup was immaculate, and the finish looks amazing. If we could award six stars, we would!

If you need a roof done this is the company to call.I had six quote and this company was the one I decided to go with not because of the price it was the owner Jack. He came to my house and explain everything that he said he would do. I didn't think there was too many more people out there that did a handshake and word of mouth this company does. Sally in the office communicates every time you text her she will text you back immediately. Pablo and his crew did a great job no complaints Job got done in one day. I text Jack and told him that I was getting gutters done on Saturday and he had his team come out to put the roof on before the guttering would get done. If I could give more stars I would . This company is being run by a owner that cares about his customers and will not take advantage of you.

I just had the best experience with Three Brothers getting my roof replaced. It was old, and I knew when we bought our house that it would need to be done soon. It started leaking, so I called Jack. His team had cut down a tree on my property a few years ago and I had been very happy with that, so it seemed the obvious place to go. I was struck again by how just kind and honest he is. He is knowledgeable and articulate and does things right. Now, I do not have a small house. And the roof has a lot of different angles and planes and skylights to deal with. And also my yard is kind of messy because I have three kids. Jack’s team came in and did a tear-off AND replaced my roof IN ONE DAY. It was crazy. They worked for like 12 hours. Then they came back first thing the next morning with gizmos to pick up any loose nails and stuff. They left my yard cleaner than it had started. And I love my new roof. The color I chose (and they had a decent selection) adds a nice spark of my family’s personality. All in all, I’m a happy camper over here.

I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely well organized. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process before getting started. The quality of their work really shows—everything was completed efficiently and looks amazing. They also kept the work area clean and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. What stood out the most was how kind and respectful everyone was throughout the entire project. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines great customer service with high-quality work, but they definitely delivered.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional roofing services! Thanks again guys !! -Shanice

Wife and I got hit by the "GUSTNADO" that hit Kalamazoo. I called all over, no help. Took a chance on tree fellers. Had adjuster out the next day thanks to Sally. Work was quick and efficient. Jack Livingstone is and probably always will be a man of integrity. His crews that came out were quick and well versed in there duties. All kind and considerate. I've never had a better experience. Reasonably priced, outstanding work. And I'm still dealing with the insurance side while tree fellers and 3 brothers construction have moved on to other jobs. I would rate them an easy hands down 10 out of 10. And for quality and peace of mind contact Sally when you call. Fast, efficient and precise on everything. Great work. New roof, Maple tree down and no stump left. I'm tickled pink.....

Prompt service. Accurate estimate. They ran into some rot issues when tearing off our old roofing, which was addressed professionally, offering us options for repair at very reasonable additional charges. (I'm a licensed builder). Also, there was some very tricky flashing repair needed around the chimney. They tied in their new flashing with the intact existing material. Tidy, attractive from the street, and, most importantly, CORRECTLY installed. They used better quality materials than are required by code, unlike some other companies I've dealt with. They laid down ice & water shield (waterproof membrane to keep ice dams from leaking into the house) without being asked, and all at no additional charge, excepting the rot repair. Awesome cleanup, too.The cost for our nice new roof ended up being 1/4 to 1/2 less than the other three estimates we received.Jack and his crew were recommended by friends, and we have since recommended them to other friends. They have done quite a few roofs in the neighborhood.Oh, and Jack runs a tree removal service, too.

Nothing to say but good things about this company. Communication was great and timely. During the installation, the roofers recognized that the decking was rotted in several areas. They were able to replace the entire decking that was outside of their original scope of work and finish the roof the same day. Installation is great quality. Everything was flashed correctly, 5-6 nails per shingle, overhang of the shingles on the drip edge, everything done right and to code. They also installed shingles of my choice, brand and color. Cost was half of what other companies quotes. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Needed two bath fan vents installed. The roof was in bad shape the guys showed me areas of concern, installed the roof vents, and even patched/replaced a couple shingles around the vents to ensure if there was a leak it wasn't going to be in that area. Much appreciated.

Very happy with their work. Their prices are fair and they are careful with the rest of the property when taking down trees. We had a huge limb land on our roof during the recent storms and they were out the next day to assess the damage and make sure the house was safe.
