Wife and I got hit by the "GUSTNADO" that hit Kalamazoo. I called all over, no help. Took a chance on tree fellers. Had adjuster out the next day thanks to Sally. Work was quick and efficient. Jack Livingstone is and probably always will be a man of integrity. His crews that came out were quick and well versed in there duties. All kind and considerate. I've never had a better experience. Reasonably priced, outstanding work. And I'm still dealing with the insurance side while tree fellers and 3 brothers construction have moved on to other jobs. I would rate them an easy hands down 10 out of 10. And for quality and peace of mind contact Sally when you call. Fast, efficient and precise on everything. Great work. New roof, Maple tree down and no stump left. I'm tickled pink.....

They ran into some rot issues when tearing off our old roofing, which was addressed professionally, offering us options for repair at very reasonable additional charges. (I'm a licensed builder).Also, there was some very tricky flashing repair needed around the chimney. They tied in their new flashing with the intact existing material. Tidy, attractive from the street, and, most importantly, CORRECTLY installed. They used better quality materials than are required by code, unlike some other companies I've dealt with. They laid down ice & water shield (waterproof membrane to keep ice dams from leaking into the house) without being asked, and all at no additional charge, excepting the rot repair. Awesome cleanup, too.The cost for our nice new roof ended up being 1/4 to 1/2 less than the other three estimates we received.Jack and his crew were recommended by friends, and we have since recommended them to other friends. They have done quite a few roofs in the neighborhood.Oh, and Jack runs a tree removal service, too.

They replaced OSB sheets as needed and installed ridge vents for our attic. Pricing was a fraction of our previous quotes. We were quoted 58K by a competitor and Three Brothers did it for 32K. Very happy.

Nothing to say but good things about this company. Communication was great and timely. During the installation, the roofers recognized that the decking was rotted in several areas. They were able to replace the entire decking that was outside of their original scope of work and finish the roof the same day. Installation is great quality. Everything was flashed correctly, 5-6 nails per shingle, overhang of the shingles on the drip edge, everything done right and to code. They also installed shingles of my choice, brand and color. Cost was half of what other companies quotes. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Needed two bath fan vents installed. The roof was in bad shape the guys showed me areas of concern, installed the roof vents, and even patched/replaced a couple shingles around the vents to ensure if there was a leak it wasn't going to be in that area. Much appreciated.

We initially called them for what we thought was a roofing issue, but they took the time to carefully assess the problem and helped us realize it was actually related to our chimney. Instead of trying to sell us a roof we didn’t need, they referred us to a trusted contractor who could address the chimney issue. Quickly they found the equipment couldn’t get up my steep driveway. They pivoted the plan and still managed to safely get the tree removed. I can also say they did a great job at cleaning up!
